It looks like the Grizzlies are really missing Gay. At half time they are down 55-31 at half against a strong Oklahoma City team. The grizzlies are in fowl trouble with 8 fouls and they just can't hit a shot with a .245 fg percentage. They're going to need to step it up to cover Gays spot and win the game. Also a lowly 9 points in the 2nd qtr. doesn't help either.

Memphis Star traded
Well the day has come. Memphis has finally traded star SF Rudy Gay to the Toronto Raptors. He is involved in a 3 way trade that includes the Detroit Pistons, Toronto Raptors, and the Memphis Grizzlies. The Raptors traded Jose Calderon to Detroit and Ed Davis to the Grizzlies. The Pistons traded Austin Daye and Tayshaun Prince to Memphis. This trade significantly increased the Grizzlies' budget. Now they are focused on guard Mike Conley, PF Zach Randolph, and C Marc Gasol. Toronto has a quality team now. Big names are Kyle Lowry, Andrea Bargnani, DeMar DeRozan, and now Rudy Gay.
Big Free Agents Still Available
Although the first spring training game less than 30 days away, there are still some more than solid players left on the free agent block. The best available player is Michael Bourn the lightning speed outfielder who played for the Astros before coming to Atlanta to finally come into free agency. He as had 2 seasons with 61 stolen bases! There is also the solid Grady Sizemore worth taking a risk on. If he gets the playing time he could become a very decent outfielder. Very surprisingly there is still an absolutely great pitcher out there in Kyle Lohse. In 211 innings pitched he had a 16-3 record, 143K's, and a very nice 2.86 ERA. Personally i would take a huge chance on pair of 31 and 35 year-old pitchers in Joe Saunders and Roy Oswalt. Although Roy only pitch 59 innings he had an OK 4-3 record. but he also had 59 strikeouts for 59 innings. His ERA was still skyrocketed as he had a few a few bad games either way, Id still take the chance. Lastly Joe Saunders who had a very down year last year. He had 174 innings pitched, 112 Ks, a 4.07 ERA, and a 9-13 record. It might just be a guess but I think whoever picks him up (if anybody does) they might get lucky

It Cant Be Him!
There have been reports that the one and only Ray Lewis was giving steroids to help him recover quicker. As we all know that is against the rules. But I really don't think Ray Lewis would do those drugs it's probably a bunch 49er fans that wants to sabotage the game, by fans I mean the company that reported these accusations(SWATS).This is the company that supposedly gave the steroids to Ray Lewis, to speed his recovery from the torn triceps. I hope that no one believes this as I think Ray Lewis is a clean player and he wouldn't do any kind of drugs.

Cavs and Heat Target Greg Oden
After playing just 82 games total in 3 seasons Oden had no choice except sit out this season. Now he plans on coming back for next season and the Cavs and the Heat are the major teams looking to pick him up. The 7 foot center has big potential as long as he can stay healthy for the rest of his career. Although this is a huge risk in trying to take him it might be a steal. Because Cleveland is rebuilding right now it wouldn't be bad to take that chance. Miami has to worry about there budget holding the big 3.

Allen Iverson declines D-League offer
Allen Iverson was offered a D-League contract from the Dallas Mavericks team (Texas Legends), but he declined respectively stating "I thank Donnie (the Mavericks president of basketball operations) and Dallas for the consideration, and while I think that the D-League is a great opportunity, it is not the route for me."...

San Antonio rolling
The San Antonio Spurs have won 8 straight games. Last night the Spurs defeated the Suns 108-99. As for Greg Popovich he did not allow Timmy D to even make the short flight to Phoenix. Tony Parker on the other hand was definitely at the game, he finished with 31 points and 7 assists. The Spurs do not play tonight (Tuesday) so Pop will probably allow them to get some rest.
Chicago Blackhawks On A Great Winning Streak
This team was not supposed to do very well in the regular season but everyone out there was wrong! This team has turned everything around with a great 6-0 start with 12 points. They are 1st in the entire NHL right now. If this team keeps it up they will win the Stanley Cup for sure!
Lionel Messi becomes youngest to score 200
In a stunning 4 goal performance by Lionel Messi he became the youngest player to score 200 goals in the Spanish League. Barcelona won 5-1 over Osasuna.

Rondo Out
Boston Celtics all star point guard Rajon Rondo tore his ACL and will be out for the remainder of the season. He walked out for warm-ups before Sunday's double overtime game against the Miami Heat, but then was taken to the hospital to get a MRI on his right knee. The date of the surgery has not been scheduled. Celtics coach Doc Rivers gave comments about the news after the game: "Obviously the Rondo news is tough. I knew before the game, but I didn't tell anyone. Obviously it was pretty emotional." Tough break for all Celtic fans, as their team is already two games under .500.

Upsets All Day Long
Today in college basketball there were many major upsets. First in the Big East two top five teams lost. Syracuse who now is 18-2, lost a huge game for them today. Villanova who earlier in this week beat the number 1 team Louisville, beat Syracuse in overtime 75-71. Ryan Arcidiacono of Villanova hit a game tieing three to go to overtime.
Other Notable Upsets:
5 Louisville Loses to Georgetown 53-51
11 Kansas State Loses to Iowa State 73-67
12 Minnesota Loses to Wisconsin 45-44
15 New Mexico Loses to SDSU 55-34
I suspect Wisconsin will be a top 25 team next week.
Also 19 VCU is losing La Salle
23 Ole Miss is Losing to Auburn

Golden State rolling
Last night the Warriors won there 3rd straight game and this one was against the Thunder. Also on Monday they beat the hot Clippers. This year the Warriors have based there team around their point guard Stephen Curry. Curry and also David Lee have been great this year for scoring, as Curry is 8th in the league and Lee is 12th.To add on to those numbers Curry is 13th this year in assists and Lee is 8th in Rebounding. If Mark Jackson keeps on coaching how he has the Warriors are my playoff favorite in the west. They are currently 5th place in the West.

Miami stuns #1 Duke
Miami crushed Duke 90-63. D. Scott of Miami had 25 points, 6 boards, 4 assists, and 2 steals. Duke is now 3-2 in ACC and Miami is the only 5-0 team in the ACC. This 27 point loss was the 3rd worst ever by a #1 team. Duke hasn't lost a game by more than 27 since 1984 when they lost to Wake Forest by 31.

Thunder take 2nd Place Clips
Last night the 1st placed Thunder faced off against the 2nd placed Clippers. Blake Griffen had a monster game 31 points 11 rebounds and 5 assists, but the Clippers still couldn't get it done in LA. The duo in the back court for the Thunder was amazing. KD and Westbrook had 57 combined points last night as the Thunder won 109- 97.
Grizzlies Cavs trade.
Memphis and Cleveland just executed a trade
that helped the Grizzlies shed $6 million off their payroll. The Grizzlies
traded Marreese Speights,
guard Wayne Ellington, guard Josh
Selby and a future first-round draft pick
to the Cavs for forward Jon Leuer.
Although this may sound crazy the Grizzlies did shed their 6
million so they will have more breathing room next season...

Pro Bowl
This years pro bowl will probably be like all of the other ones i have watched, the players don't try you know, but I still like to watch it because 1:There is no other football game that weekend and 2: There are all the big names on the field that you would never see play together in a game other than the pro bowl. Aaron Rodgers wont be playing in it this year because he is injured in the lower half of his body. Also Tom Brady wont be playing also due to injury, but wait there's more, also Matt Ryan will be out too also due to injury, but replacing them will be Russell Wilson,Eli Manning and Andrew Luck. The coaching staffs will be Green Bay Packers and Denver Broncos. Well there you have it if i were to predict the winner i would pick AFC because i think in the 4th quater they will be down and Luck will be in and he will lead them to a 4th quater win as he did in the regular season.
Here come the Super Bros
On Sunday night the Ravens prevailed to beat the Patriots 28-13 in the AFC Championship after being down 13-7 at half. Tom Brady only had 1 touchdown, but he had 2 interceptions one coming late in the 4th quarter after a tipped ball, an injured Ravens defender caught the ball. On the other side Joe Flacco had 3 TDs and 0 pics. Anquan Boldin came up big in the 4th with 2 TD catches. The Patriots would have been in a completely different position if Wes Welker hadn't dropped a couple big passes. All in all the Ravens just outplayed the Patriots on Sunday evening.
On Sunday Afternoon the 49ers ended up on top of the Falcons 28-24. Once again the losing team was up at halftime (24-14) but they didn't score any points in the second half. Kaepernick only had about 20 yards rushing and 1 passing TD but Frank Gore had 2 TDs and just under 100 yards on the ground. Matt Ryan played well with 3 TDs and 1 INT, and 396 yards but his team did not provide any rushing at all. The two leading runners for the Falcons combined for 62 yards. In the NFC Championship the Falcons just got flat out, outplayed in the second half.
This Super Bowl will be a great game considering that two brothers will be coaching against one another. These two teams faced off on Thanksgiving 2011 and the Ravens won without Ray Lewis, but the got an outstanding performance out of Terrel Suggs. We will have to see if Kaepernick will be able to perform on football's biggest stage.

Ray Lewis's Final Game
This Super Bowl game will be a fun one to watch but after the game someone's career will come to an end, and that is Ray Lewis's. This amazing athlete has come back after he thought his career was over when he tore his biceps earlier in the season, but he came back and has led his team to his last Super Bowl of his career. It's is not just Ray's talent that has helped his team get to this point, it is his leadership and his speeches and everything that makes him a one of a kind player, he has made his team believe that they can beat anyone and they have shown that. I will be rooting for the Ravens this weekend so Ray Lewis can get another ring before his retirement

KD35 goes 52
Kevin Durant dropped a career high 52 points last night in Dallas against the Mavericks. Durant got his 52 points in an overtime last night. He also had 9 boards to go along with it. KD shot 5-9 from three and an amazing 21-21 at the line. Durant is currently 2nd in scoring behind Kobe. Durant averages 29.3 points per and Kobe averages 29.7 per. The top three scoring spots are Carmelo Anthony (3rd-29.2 per), Kevin Durant (2nd-29.3 per), and Kobe (1st 29.7 per). This is a tight race but if Durant has another monster game he may end up in the lead.

Te'o Scandal
What appears to be one of the wackiest college football scandals in the history of NCAA Manti Te'o has admitted it. His supposed girlfriend that died in September 6 hours after his grandmother died, is a hoax. How could something like this happen? I believe that Manti was actually part of the scandal to raise his heisman stock value. There is no possible way that he couldn't have known unless he was totally stupid. How can you call someone a real girlfriend if you've never met them? The only communication Lennay Kekua and Manti Te'o had was over the phone and texting. It just seems very fishy that Te'o actually thought he had something going with someone he has never met. This is very unrealistic if Manti was actually trolled. Shortly after this report went public, a former Arizona Cardinals FB spoke about it. He said that he actually met Manti's girlfriend at a party. This just twisted the story a lot more.
Lance Armstrong
Lance Armstrong admitted on the OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) that he had used PEDs during his career as a cyclist. Oprah Winfrey interviewed him, she was the one with all the questions that a lot of people wanted to know, but the big one was Did you use PEDs, and he admitted to using them. Some of the things he used or did to improve his performance were- Blood Doping, Testosterone, Transfusions, Etc. This comes as a disappointment to all of us as we thought he was one of the best cyclist in the history of the sport, but it turns out he was just a cheater and made us look like fools as we believed him when he said multiple times that he did not do any drugs to boost his performance. I feel bad for the people he sued over this matter, they were the people that were right and we should have listened to them.

Manti Te'o's Girlfriend did not exist. She supposedly died of cancer but it turned out to be a big hoax. The details have not been revealed yet.

Chip Kelly
The Eagles landed former Oregon coach Chip Kelly as their new head coach. Kelly was 46-7 in four years at Oregon. He interviewed with the Bills, Browns, and Eagles before the Eagles hired him. Kelly should be able to do just fine with a good Philadelphia team. The Eagles could be playoff contenders they just have not gelled or accepted a coach. This year the Eagles should be decent contenders.

Clips run all over Griz
The Clippers last night pounded the hot Grizzlies 99-73. That is the least amount of points the Clippers have gave up this year. They did this without there star player Chris Paul. The Clips play today at Houston to take on the 4th leading scorer in James Harden.

No Unbeatens Remaining
There are no more unbeatens left in the college basketball. Ohio State took down Michigan on Sunday, 56-53.Trey Burke scored 15 points and had 4 assists, but was demoralized by DeAnthony Thomas, the leading scorer in the Big Ten, with 20 points. Louisville is now the #1 team in the nation.
Seahawks @ Falcons
Yesterday, the "Never can win a playoff game" Falcons found themselves up 20-0. Only for the Seahawks to roar back to take the lead 28-27. Nevertheless, Matty Ice drove down the field with 18 seconds left to give them a shot at a field goal. Bryant nailed the kick. Still with time on the clock the Atlanta falcons unsuccessful squib kick left the Seahawks on the fifty for one last play. Wilson threw the Hail Mary but it was incomplete. Falcons win 30-28.

49ers vs Packers
The Packes lost to the a great 49er team 45- 31. Colin Kaepernick ran for 183 yards which is a record for most rushing yards by a QB in a postseason game. There are rumors about the Packers getting rid of Dom Capers an Tramon Williams. The 49es will play the winner of the Seattle and Atlanta game tomarrow.
Ravens vs Broncos
The Baltimore Ravens defeated the Broncos 38-35. Ray Lewis got his 2nd playoff W in his last year in the NFL. I was the only one to pick the Ravens everyone else picked the Broncos. Jack 1 everyone else 0.
Duke goes down
N.C. State gives duke there first loss of the season. I think Michigan will take dukes spot at number 1 as Trey Burke and crew are still undefeated.

Jack's Playoff Predictions
I am facing off against Ricky, Matt, Redmon, and Charlie in predictions.
In San Fran Aaron Rodgers will take over the game and pick apart the 49ers D. He will throw 2 TDs Colin Kapernick will have 1 TD running and 1 throwing. Packers 21-14.
In Atlanta the Falcons will be too relaxed and Seattle will pounce on them. Russel Wilson will throw 1 TD Marshawn Lynch will have 1 TD and Matt Ryan will throw 1 TD and 2 INTs. Seahawks 20-10.
In New England the Patriots will be victorious over the Texans. You cannot give Bellichek 2 weeks to prepare for a game when you only have 1 week. JJ will have 1 sack but Brady will have 3 TDs, Pats 24-13.
UPSET ALERT!!! BOLD PREDICTION
In Denver the Broncos better watch out, Baltimore is going to bring their A game. I think that Peyton Manning will throw 2 TDs but Ed Reed will pick him off once. Ray Rice will have 2 rushing TDs, and the final score in OT will be Ravens 20-17.
NFC Championship
The Packers will defeat the Seahawks 31-27. Rodgers will throw 3 TDs and hand one off to Kuhn. Wilson will have 2 TDs and Linch will have one.
AFC Championship
Baltimore's magical run will stop here. Ray Lewis will end his career in an AFC Championship. Lewis will have 1 sack and 6 tackles but it won't be enough to stop Tom Brady. Patriots 20-13
Super Bowl
This game will come down to the final minute. Tom Brady will drive the Patriots and throw a TD to take the lead by 6. Then with 2:30 left Aaron Rodgers will take control and take the Packers down to the red zone and throw the game winning TD to James Jones. Packers 21-20. Aaron Rodgers is Super Bowl MVP
MVP-Adrian Peterson
Comeback player-Adrian Peterson
Defensive player-JJ Watt
Offensive ROY-Russel Wilson
Defensive ROY-Luke Kuechly

NFL Predicitions
Everyone else is making predictions so why not?
Saturday:
Ravens vs Broncos:
What a sad day it will be throughout the NFL when Ray Lewis plays his last game in a Raven uniform. Unfortunately, I think that day will be Saturday. The Bronco offense led by hall of fame QB Peyton Manning is too much for this banged up Ravens defense, I think the Broncos pull it off.
Ravens 14 Broncos 30
Packers vs 49ers
The 49ers look better and better every time they suit up for game day. Towards the end of the second half of the Viking Packer game last Saturday, the Packers did not perform as well as they should have. Also, the Packers hasn't faced a DE as athletic as Aldon Smith since J.J. Watt, and he will tear up this Packer offensive line. Smith will have a huge game with the help from colleague Justin Smith.
Packers 13 49ers 24
Sunday:
Seahawks vs Falcons
The Falcons looked great in the first 12 games of the season, going 11-1 in that span. But down the stretch they lost to a struggling Panthers team and at home against a Tampa Bay team who finished 7-9. That is not a great way to head into the playoffs. On the other hand, the Seahawks have won 6 in a row, over that time beating San Fran and the Redskins. I think the Seahawks will pick off Matt Ryan 3 times, sending Ryan's playoff record to 0-4.
Seahawks 21 Falcons 10
Texans vs Patriots
The Houston Texans were sleep walking on December 10th, letting up 42 points opposed to the measly 14 points they managed to put up on the board. This game won't be that lopsided, because I believe that the Texans will be ready. But they have one issue, Tom Brady. With Gronkowski coming back from the broken arm, he will chew up this Texans secondary, ranked 29th in the league against the pass
Texans 24 Patriots 38
NFC Conference Championship
Seahawks vs 49ers
The classic division game. What else can you ask for in a conference championship. Two stingy defenses going up against each other. The 49ers defense had 9 guys on their roster that played over 90% of the snaps over the course of the season. I think that this game that will catch up to them and the Seahawks offensive line keeps the San Fran defensive line in check. Marshawn Lynch will have over 150 yards, and the Seahawks will pull of the upset.
Seahawks 26 49ers 17
AFC Conference Championship
Patriots vs Broncos
The Broncos have a very good pass attack, along with a balanced running attack. But the Patriots have the same combination as well. This match up between two hall of fame QB's is one of the best playoff games we will ever witness. Although these quarterbacks will both have stellar performances, the RB match-up will be the one to watch. That will be the decisive match-up to see who wins the game. I predict that Steven Ridley will have the better game, carrying the Patriots to the Super Bowl.
Patriots 45 Broncos 38
SUPER BOWL
Seahawks vs Patriots
This stellar rematch from the regular season has a classic super bowl for the ages. The Seahawks rookie QB Russell Wilson and future Canton, Ohio statue Tom Brady. Russell Wilson is a rookie QB, therefore making it his first super bowl. The Patriots are lead by a veteran coach who knows how to win. Sorry, but the Wisconsin grad will not win this year.
Seahawks 16 Patriots 28

Patriots 42 Broncos 41
Super Bowl
Patriots vs Packers They faced each other in super bowl 31 as Desmond Howard return a kick for a touchdown and won it for the Packers. I think this will be the higest scoring super bowl as the Tom Brady will win his last Super Bowl in his career.

NFL Playoff predictions
I will face off against Ricky and Matt for Playoff predictions
Divisional round
Packers @ 49ers, I will take Pack in a 24-7 win. Kapernick will throw 2 picks and no TDs.
Seahawks@ Atlanta, I will tack Atlanta 31-28 in a high scoring game due to how well they play in the Georgia Dome, Ryan will have a 3 TD game and J. Rodgers will run the other one in.
Texans @ Patriots, I will take the Patriots in a 17-7 game over the Texans, Neither quarter-backs will play well and will both throw at least 1 pick.
Ravens @ Broncos, I will take the Broncos 24-14, K. Moreno will have over 100yards rushing a score. While Peyton adds 300 yards and 2 scores.
AFC/NFC Conference round
Packers @ Atlanta, Although they are my two favorite teams ill take the Packers in a OT win 28-21 over the Falcons. Aaron Rodgers will throw for only 200 yards but will have 3 TDs anyways.
Patriots @ Broncos, I will take the Broncos when two of the greatest quarterbacks face off in Denver. Both QBs will play stellar each of them having 3 touchdowns in a 27-24 win for the Broncos.
Super Bowl (In New Orleans)
Although I want Green Bay to win, I'll take the Broncos in a 24-21 win over the Packers. In the end Manning pulls it off again leading his team to a game winning field goal in the final seconds.

Memphis to trade Rudy Gay?
There are speculations going around that Rudy Gay might get traded to the Toronto Raptors. There is not much information yet but many experts are projecting that he will end up in Toronto. Rudy Gay has been a staple for the Grizzlies but lately he hasn't been producing like he can but that could be because of all his injuries lately.

LA Turnaround
This year the LA Clippers have dominated and are the number 1 team in the NBA. But the Lakers this year have been horrible this even though they added the best center in the league and 5th most assist passer ever. The Lakers and Clippers have switched how they usually are and if the Lakers are playing how they have been the Lakers won't make the playoffs. Also Dwight Howard and Pau Gasol are hurt for a couple of weeks.
Rob Ryan out in Dallas
The Dallas Cowboys and defensive coordinator Rob Ryan parted ways after two years. Rob Ryan had one year left in his contract., and caught the whole organization off-guard. "At this time, the decision has been made to move forward in a different direction philosophically on defense. I have an immense amount of respect for Rob as a person and as a football coach and I wish him and his family the very best,"said Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett. Rob Ryan reacted to his departure saying this: I inherited a team that was 31st in the league in defense and made them better. I (f******) made them a h*** of a lot better. I'll be out of work for like five minutes." Obviously Rob Ryan is very confident in himself. As of now, no team has contacted him about next year's season.
RG3 Update
Robert Griffin III tweeted "See you you guys next season" to his followers early Wednesday morning, and he certainly has a chance to return to play in the Fall. But he may have to wait longer to take the field again, according to an orthopedic surgeon trained by Dr. James Andrews, the renowned specialist who examined Griffin on Tuesday.
Michael Jablonski, a former team physician for the Orlando Magic, said he tells patients who have injuries similar to Griffin's to expect eight to 12 months to return to play, and more than that to feel as strong and stable as before the injury.

Milwaukee's New Coach
It seems as the Bucks will wait to get a new coach until the off season as the assistant Jim Boylan will take over for the rest of the season. Let's hope he will guide the Bucks to a playoff spot at the end of the season. On ESPN SportsNation Wisconsin was the only state that thought Skiles should have been fired.
Discover BCS National Championship
The Tide rolled over the Fighting Irish 42-14. The Irish had no chance once 'Bama got up 21-0 at the beginning of the 2nd quarter and it was all over then.
Scott Skiles
Scott Skiles has reportedly been fired from the Milwaukee Bucks. Scott Skiles went162-182 in his fifth season with Milwaukee. The Bucks are 16-16 this season and are 8th in the eastern conference but have a 4 game losing streak. There are a lot of choices for head coach and we will have to wait and see what happens over the next week or two. Bucks fans want Milwaukee to go for Phil Jackson but that won't happen because Phil needs a championship squad. I think they should go after Avery Johnson.

Tide Rolling
Alabama is beating Notre Dame right now 35-7. If Notre Dame wants to win this thing they are going to have to turn this thing around. Eddie Lacy has two touchdowns and QB A.J. McCarron has 3 touchdowns. There is 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter, I'm pretty sure Alabama will have a repeat.
NHL
The NHL reached an agreement on their CBA, and they will have a season. This is a relief for any and all hockey fans.

NFL PLAYOFF UPDATE
The Seahawks scored 24 unanswered points to beat the hot Redskins. RG3 hurt his knee and kirk cousins had to replace him. After the early lead the redskins couldn't get anything going and went scoreless for 3 quarters. The Seahawks play Atlanta and Atlanta. One key loss to the Seahawks through is that there speed pass rusher Chris Clemens got hurt and is Doubtful to play next week.
Check out NFL Standings for a better look at the playoff tree.

NFL Playoff Update
The Green Bay Packers beat the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday 24-10. The Packers did an amazing job of holding AP to only 99 yards. The Texans also beat the Bengals 13-19 on Saturday afternoon. Arian Foster had a great game where he got over 130 yards. JJ Watt also got a sack in his first playoff win. The Baltimore Ravens also beat the Colts 9-24 during Ray Lewis' last game of his amazing NFL career. The Redskins are currently beating the Seattle Seahawks 14-0 in the first quarter although RGIII is limping around the field. Next weeks games will be Green Bay at San Francisco, the Texans will take on the Patriots in Foxborough, and the Ravens will take on the Broncos in Denver.

NFL Playoffs take off
It's the end of the regular season and all the playoff seeds are locked in. Today, we have the slumping #3 Texans Vs. the red hot #6 Bengals at 3:30, I actually predict the Bengals to win. At 7:00 we have the #3 Packers Vs. the #6 Vikings who just played last week when the Vikings won 38-35 on a last second field goal. This will be the 3rd time they meet in 6 weeks. I predict the Packers to win at Lambeau field

Andy Reid UPDATE
Andy Reid has decided to take his coaching ways to the the Kansas City Cheifs. This is good news for Cheifs fans as their coach did not lead them very well as they ended up as the worst team in the NFL with a record of 2-14. Andy Reid was a great choice for this team and I hope they're still not as bad as they were last year.
Andy Reid
The second Andy Reid got fired from the Eagles (after a terrible season) he is now looking at 2 coaching jobs one with Cheifs and one with Cardinals, but it looks like he is leaning more towards coaching the worst team in the NFL this season, the Cheifs. Which ever team Andy Reid decides to go to he will help them become better in the 2013 season.

SBET Newsletter
There will be an SBET newsletter coming out sometime next week if you do NOT want to receive this email please let me know by commenting on this post before Monday, January 7. Thanks and keep viewing for more posts.
Charles Woodson
Charles Woodson will play on Saturday against the Vikings, this is a relief as we finally get our veteran back after he broke his collarbone in Week 7 against the St.Louis Rams. He will be really important as he is a team leader, and he is one of the Packers best players

Ray Lewis
Ray Lewis announced that he is retiring after the end of this season after his long and eventful year where he was injured and did not play the rest of the year. This saddens everyone in the NFL community.
The L.A. Clippers Finally go down
After winning all 16 games to cap off a perfect December along with a total 17 game win streak, the longest winning streak in Clippers history was snapped last night as they fell to the Nuggets 92-78
Rose bowl outcome
We all thought Wisconsin would win it after their rage blowout against a solid Nebraska team. But in the end it came to defense that would be the ending factor of the game. Around 2 minutes left in the game the Badgers were down 20-14 against the Cardinal. As the play started the line had already failed and let a guy through. With the pressure Curt Phillips threw into a double coverage and it got picked. Game over right there. This should almost be a sports record of most playoff type games lost in a row. First year they lost to TCU, second ear it was Oregon, and now the Cardinal have kicked them. The only other team I know has lost more playoff games in a row was the NFL's Buffalo Bills when they lost 4 super bowls in a row.
