49ers own

Collin Kaepernick came up big with 243 yards and 2 touchdowns for the 49ers to win 32-7 over the bears. Do you think that Collin Kaepernick should start over Alex Smith? I think so.

Falcons survive

The Falcons survived and became the only team to win a game when their QB had 5 pics and 0 TD's. Matt Ryan got negative points for most fantasy owners. With 5 interceptions it was probably the worst game of his career.

New York Pork Stork?

The New York Knicks' winning streak ended when they lost to the Memphis Grizzlies. The Knicks are now 7-1 but they still have the best record in the NBA.

Playoff Picture Shaping up

The division leaders as well as the wild-cards are basically identical as the division leaders are 9-1, 8-2, 9-1, 7-2(Play tonight) And wild-card are all the same except a tie between the 49ers. But the teams in  the hunt are interesting. While, the red hot Bengals come up surging most the wild card teams seem pretty solid. The cowboys have one two straight and if they keep it up they might have a chance because i don't think the seahawks can keep winning but the Buccaneers are their too.

Backup QBs match up on MNF

Comment on who will win. I say the the 49ers. Comment

Gronkowski Broke His Forearm

Rob Gronkowski broke his forearm in the last quarter against the Colts. He will be out 4-6 weeks as the Patriots may go on a losing skid but they will make the playoffs. Fantasy owners don't drop gronk he could come back in 3 weeks maybe we don't know.

NFC Lighting it up

This year the NFC has been hot. Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, Giants, Packers, and Vikings have the playoff spots right now but what about the teams fighting for the playoff spots. The Buccaneers and Seattle are still 6-4 which is tied with the Vikings. Also the high flying Saints are now 5-5 when they started 0-4. Another factor is with Eli Manning Struggling and Dallas winning this week, if Dallas wins next week and the Giants lose Dallas would lead the NFC East. I predict that the Playoff teams will be 1. Atlanta 2. Green Bay 3. San Francisco 4. Cowboys Wild Cards 5. Bears 6. Buccaneers.

Great weekend of NCAA Football

It was actually an exciting Saturday with big new everywhere you looked. The 2 biggest headlines were Oregon gets upset and K State crushed by Baylor (as I predicted). The loss to Baylor is sure to take down Collin Klein's run for heisman. With K State and Oregon losing the college rankings are going into a frenzy. The other big game was OSU vs. Wisconsin. Another exciting game there but OSU pulled it off to win in OT. Only 2 undefeated teams remain. OSU and Notre Dame.

Tomorrow at school be ready for an OSU bombardment from me.

Game of the year

Buckeyes Badgers in 27 hours

We are now 27 hours from the kickoff of one of the greatest battles in NCAA Football history. The buckeyes are hoping to gain their 11th win of the season, but even I'm thinking differently. Camp Randall is a tough place to play. Don't pay attention to Wisconsin's record because inside of that team a beast is going to come all out tomorrow afternoon. I am a Buckeye fan and am optimistic about a Buckeye win but I am questioning the outcome of this game.

NFL Concussion Update

Recently the NFL revealed that they have paid former players with concussions. These are called disability payments. This will help many of the players who are suing the NFL about their concussions. The reason that these players are suing the NFL isn't because they have permanent brain damage it's because they were not informed that they could get this seriously injured by the NFL directors. The NFL never told players that they knew of the harm that could be caused by these concussions. Sadly some players have even died earlier than most because of this brain damage such as Mike Webster who died at a young age of 50. Comment on what you think about this topic.
