NCAAM Championship Prediction- Ricky

This year has been a year of a lot of upsets, and now we are down to two teams that are going to try and win it all. #1 Seeded Louisville will take on #4 Seeded Michigan. This game will not be as close as everybody thinks. Michigan will take the early lead and will hold onto it through halftime. Trey Burke will have a good first half by scoring 14 points and having some assists. And Louisville will have a horrible first half and only going to shoot 35% from the field but will make all of their free-throws which will make this game closer than it should be. Halftime Score- 35-26 Michigan Leading. But the second half will be much different for Louisville as Coach Rick Pitino will have a amazing pep talk and their will come out on fire. And for Michigan they will have thought Louisville was going to keep shooting horribly and lose their ground. In the end I have Louisville beating Michigan 60-54.

Hot Hitters

Chris Davis, Baltimore- This batter started the season hot and he's not planning on slowing down. Chris Davis already has 4 home runs and an outstanding 17 RBIs although we are only less than a week into the season.

Adam Jones, Baltimore- Adam Jones has started this young season batting a great .538 batting avg.

Michael Morse, Seattle  Morse recorded 5 home runs in the first 6 games of the season with 8 RBIs starting him out as one of the hottest hitters in the league out of spring training.

Other hot hitters- Jed Lowrie, Oakland; Todd Frazier, Cincinnati; Dextor Fowler, Colorado; Justin Upton, Atlanta.

Although, it is very early in the season these are some hot hitters to pick up if available in your league

Lakers 0.5 games out

As the Lakers lost to the Clippers they were hoping the Warriors would beat the Jazz but they did the opposite. The Jazz won 97-90 and the Lakers lost 109-95. If the two teams would tie the Jazz would get the tiebreaker and get the 8 spot. With 5 games left for the Lakers their time is closing but they have to play the Spurs, Rockets, Warriors, Trail Blazers, and the Hornets.

NCAA Championship Prediction

Tonight's game will definitely be an interesting on. #4 seed Michigan will take on #1 overall seed Louisville. Michigan is lead by star pint guard Trey Burke, who is the only player of the year candidate to reach the Final Four. Guards Russ Smith and Peyton Siva will lead the well-balanced Louisville attack. I think this game will go down to the wire, like many other championships. Trey Burke will get a fast break layup to go up 2 with 15 seconds remaining. Russ Smith will attempt a 3 pointer to win but will miss because he is fouled. He will make the 1st and 3rd free throw to send the game to overtime. The game will carry on the a third overtime. Both teams will be affected by foul trouble in the long game. Michigan will lose Burke while Louisville loses Smith and Siva. Although Louisville has a better bench than Michigan, Tim Hardaway Jr. will hit a go-ahead 3 with 30 seconds remaining. Michigan will make their free throws to seal the 95-90 victory.

UCONN vs Louisville

For the Womens tournament it is 5 Louisville vs 1 UCONN. I think that UCONN will win another Championship but in a close one 76- 68. The MVP will be Brianna Stewart.

NCAA Championship Prediction- Matt

Louisville- Louisville made big strides this year on defense. They are the best defensive team in the country and get many steals from Peyton Silva and Russ Smith. Russ Smith is a great playmaker and can hit the 3 ball. Gorqui Dieng is a powerhouse inside and owns the paint. Also Luke Hancock, Wayne Blackshear, Chane Behanan, and Montrezl Harrel can hurt you as well.

Michigan- With Trey Burke, Glenn Robinson the 3rd, Tim Hardaway Jr, Mitch McGary, Jon Horford, Jordan Morgan, and Nik Stauskas all you can think is who has a better team than that. With one of the best offenses in the league it is very hard to stop these guys.

Prediction-
Louisville 66- Michigan 64

NCAA Championship Prediction- Jack

This year was a great NCAA tournament. With FGCU being the first 15 seed to make the Sweet 16, a nine seed (Witchita State) making it to the Final Four, and everything else that went on. But the championship game is tonight and #1 Louisville is taking on #4 Michigan. This game will be a close one throughout. I think that Trey Burke will have a good game, but Russ Smith will counter with a good game of his own. Louisville will want to win for Kevin Ware, but Michigan has been hot all tourney and they will come up with the W. The final will be 68-65 Michigan. Trey Burke will be the Final Four MVP.

AOTD

Yesterday's answer was Allen Iverson.

1. This player has played on the same team as the Packer's starting QB but has played more games against him than with him.

2. This player has played in 2 Pro Bowl, where he caught 1 interception.

3. This player was drafted the same year as Andy Dalton.
