JJ Watt is currently on the cover of the new Sports Illustrated. He has 9.5 sacks with lots of blocked passes.
Harden to the Rockets
The Houston Rockets agreed with guard James Harden on a five-year, $80 million contract Wednesday. The rockets sent guard Kevin Martin and rookie Jeremy Lamb. Hopefully this will give the rockets a spark.
NBA
The NBA opener was last night and it was a great night. Heat won. Mavs won. And Cavs won. Lakers somehow lost even with there all-star lineup.

Not a Chance
The San Francisco Giants Completely shut down the Tigers all series only giving up 4 runs in four games with two shutouts.. one of which pitched by Barry Zito carving out Justin Verlander in game 1. If you would have told me that the Giants wouldn't have their star closer, Melky Cabrera wouldn't be playing, and that Tim Lincecum would be coming out of the bull-pin at the start of the post-season. I wouldn't believe you. But it happened and the Giants won the world series. 4-0
Go Pack Go!
After starting the season 2-3 the Packers have come back and are now 5-3 after beating the Jacksonville Jaguars 24-15. Although Rodgers only had 186 yards passing and Crosby missed a field goal late in the game they still were able to pull it out. The Packers have turned their season around and are looking to beat the Arizona Cardinals this weekend to gain their fourth strait win.

The Panda Goes Yard.. Again... Again... And Again
Authors Note: No Pandas Were Harmed in The Making of This Post
It's game 1 of the World series and Pablo Sandoval hasn't hit a home run all of the playoffs. But, he made up for it. Pablo (The panda) went yard three times last night with two off of Justin Verlander to lead the giants to a 8-3 victory over the Tigers

Bears vs. Lions
The score may have indicated a close game but it wasn't, the Lions were completely shut down until a touchdown with a little more than a minute left. The bears offense started amazing but slowed down as the game went on to take a win 13-7

Packers at 4-3
Last season the Packers got of to a 13-0 start and ended 15-1 this season they couldn't even win more than 1 game in a row before this Sunday. They need to pull themselves together if they want to win the super bowl because they're only 4-3. They are looking to pull themselves together.

AFC WEST
We got the Raiders and Cheifs and then the Chargers and Broncos. All teams aren't above .500 and it was like that last year. The Broncos have Manning and McGahee and the Chargers have Rivers and Mathews. I want to know who you think will win the division champ. I think Rivers will get better and the Chargers will win it.

Packers Giddy on up' through Texas
The press conference with Aaron Rodgers on Saturday did not go well as people kept on referring to the question, "What's wrong with the Packers." Or, "you made it look so easy when you won the Superbowl or went 15-1" Rodgers got frustrated and stated, "It's never easy, and never was, and there's nothing wrong with the packers." And he went on and on with that statement. Rodgers was mad, and out for a win, and right away he gave his team a chance to win. He Never let off as he completed almost 70% of his passes as he passed for 338 yards and six touchdowns no interceptions and a passer rating of 133.8! Nelson had 121 of those yards and 3 touchdowns. James Jones had two as well. The Texans didn't look good as their leading rusher was Forsett and neither Schaub or Andre Johnson had a touchdown.
Who's going to win the BCS
Who do you think is going to win the BCS? It is going to be tough and whoever loses is probably going to be out of it but as of right now it is said that Alabama and Oregon are set for the bowl game. Also, Notre Dame, Kansas State and Florida are all in the running for the title. Comment who you think is going to be in the Championship game and who is going to win! Thanks!

BCS Champion Predictions
After weeks and weeks of studying teams, my final prediction for the BCS Champion will be Alabama. They have a really good team even though Trent Richardson has went pro.
Titans Pull Out a Win
Titans squeak out a win against the Steelers 26-23 With Chris Johnson having 112 total yards but without a score and Kenny Britt having a nice game with 62 yards and a score. The Steelers were terrible with their rushing leader being Batch having 22 yards on 10 attempts. Mike Wallace had 94 yards and a score including a 82 yard touchdown pass from Big Ben. Never the less.. the Titans pull out a win

Danny Amendola- On the edge of death
Danny Amendola who got hurt Thursday vs. the cardinals was predicted to possibly be back in 3 weeks. Having the season of his life that might not be the case. Danny, broke his collarbone, and most people knew that, but last night it was revealed that he almost died. His clavicle completley snapped and twisted backwards almost puncturing his lung and two other vital parts of the body. Doctors say if the bone twisted any farther Amendola would have most likely bleed out and died that very night.

Packers vs. Colts
Another close and heartbreaking defeat slips right through Green Bay's fingers as they were up 21-3 at Halftime only to be outscored by 21 points in the second half. Andrew luck played a nice game racking up 362 passing yards and 2 touchdowns but also rushing for a touchdown. Reggie Wayne was unstoppable with 212 receiving yards and 1 touchdown, one of his best games of his career. Rodgers played a pretty nice game except for one key interception Rodgers threw for three touchdowns and was the teams leading rusher due to Cedric Benson being carted off early in the game. B.J. Raji also was carted off early. and in the forth quarter Jermichael Finley also made his way to the locker room. Either way the colts played a nice game with heavy hearts as there head coach watched from his hospital bead 2 miles away due to leukemia. But, in the end the packers could have tied it up with a difficult field goal that was totally shanked in the final seconds of the game

What's up with Elite
This year the successful teams are based on Great Defenses. It is not the year of the QB. Take a look at this Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, Peyton Manning, Matthew Stafford, and Cam Newton, are all very elite QBs have leaded their team to be under .500 % and Tom Brady is only .600%. I'm just saying right now Ravens, Falcons, Texans, Eagles, and 49ers are great teams because of their defense.

The A's Rocked Their Boat
Back when the Rangers were up a few games, everybody thought they would make an easy trip to the playoffs, WRONG. In the start of September the A's were down a few games but could make a comeback, and they did. In the last series against the Rangers the A's took 3 of 3 and took soul possession of their division. Now the Rangers have to play the surging Orioles and the A's can just sit back and relax for a few days

Can Alabama Repeat??
Alabama has had a remarkable team each year for the last 5 years. This year they are even better even though losing Trent Richardson. They have a great team and I think they could do great this year, I even think that they will win it all.
Heisman??
Who will win the Heisman this year for College Football. Will it be Geno Smith 20 touchdowns so far, a EJ Manuel a great Florida St quarterback, Collin Klein, De'Anthony Thomas, or Ohio States Braxton Miller. Comment below and tell me who you think.

One At-Bat
If you didn't know this, Adam Greenberg was a surging Double-A and Triple-A player in 2004 who got his first major league at bat in 2005 for the Chicago Cubs. First pitch he saw came straight for his head. 95 MPH. He went straight to the hospital and never played in the majors again, until last night when the Marlins signed Adam Greenberg to a one day contract to get his one at-bat. He came to the plate in the bottom of the sixth against the knuckle-baller R.A. Dickey. He threw him all knuckle-balls high in the zone. Greenberg struck-out but, he still got his one... At-Bat.

Falcons Surge!!! Saints Suck???
The great looking Falcons are 4-0 as Matt Ryan is owning having the best passer rating out of the NFL and he plays against a struggling redskins pass defense who lets up big plays down the field, and that's what Roddy White and Julio Jones do best. While the Saints lose another game making them 0-4 which is the worst besides the Browns. The Saints offense is doing good actually great but their defense is terrible. Steve Spagnuolo has to create some schemes to at least get some pass rush and stop the run.
