Although the first spring training game less than 30 days away, there are still some more than solid players left on the free agent block. The best available player is Michael Bourn the lightning speed outfielder who played for the Astros before coming to Atlanta to finally come into free agency. He as had 2 seasons with 61 stolen bases! There is also the solid Grady Sizemore worth taking a risk on. If he gets the playing time he could become a very decent outfielder. Very surprisingly there is still an absolutely great pitcher out there in Kyle Lohse. In 211 innings pitched he had a 16-3 record, 143K's, and a very nice 2.86 ERA. Personally i would take a huge chance on pair of 31 and 35 year-old pitchers in Joe Saunders and Roy Oswalt. Although Roy only pitch 59 innings he had an OK 4-3 record. but he also had 59 strikeouts for 59 innings. His ERA was still skyrocketed as he had a few a few bad games either way, Id still take the chance. Lastly Joe Saunders who had a very down year last year. He had 174 innings pitched, 112 Ks, a 4.07 ERA, and a 9-13 record. It might just be a guess but I think whoever picks him up (if anybody does) they might get lucky
