Brewers still considering right-hander Kyle Lohse?

It is starting to seem less and less likely that Kyle Lohse will have a new team come opening day but are the Brewers still in the running for him? Besides Yovani Gallardo and Marco Estrada the Brewers are set to have a lot of young, unproven pitchers on the mound like Mike Fiers, Chris Narveson, and Willy Paralta as they seem to be the top candidates to be in the pitching rotation. So signing an ace like Lohse would be huge for the Brewers. Most anyone can predict that the Brewers wont be very competitive in the N.L. Central if they stick with the rotation the are set with right now. The only other discouraging fact for the Brewers other than that Lohse still wants that "Big" Three-year deal is that they would be giving up there 17th overall pick in the draft. Not to mention the last two times they signed multi-year deals with pitchers over 30 referring to Jeff  Suppan and Randy Wolf. Still, Lohse who is 34 is coming off the best season of his career with a 2.86 ERA, and a 3.76 K/BB ratio meaning he averages almost 4 strikeouts before1 walk in 211 innings with 33 starts while going 16-3 for the Cards.
